This document lays forth a path for the AMDIN to follow in its resource mobilization strategy in the next five years. The African Management Development Institutes' Network (AMDIN) is Africa's leading professional organisation of public-sector capacity-building institutes. AMDIN EXCO Implementation Plan for 2024-2025

Background The previous AMDIN EXCO, which was elected in 2021, resolved to develop a strategic plan to guide the activities of the Network. In this regard, a Strategic Planning committee was established under the leadership of the Vice-President of Southern Africa. The Strategic Planning Committee developed the AMDIN five-year strategic plan covering 2022-2027 and was tabled at the 2024 AMDIN General Assembly. Project Khaedu

NSG has developed an experiential learning programme to prepare South African public sector managers for site visits at the coalface of service delivery. “Khaedu” means “challenge” in Tshi-Venda, and “Project Khaedu” has been designed as an action learning programme to empower managers through various processes of learning reinforcement and practice, to bring about change within their own area of operational control.
