  1. Develop a new five-year strategic plan (2022/23-2026/27) for AMDIN
  2. Appreciate the process of the Strategic Planning
  3. Present the Strategic Plan Review report and Resource Mobilisation Committee report
  4. Validate the review and environmental scanning reports
  5. Develop strategic themes, objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs) and programmes
  6. Agree on the framework of monitoring and evaluation of the Strategic Plan
