Dear Partners,
I am pleased to inform you of an important milestone in the institutional development of our School. In accordance with Law No° 06.26 amending and supplementing Law No° 038.13 establishing the École Nationale Supérieure de l’Administration, our institution is now officially named the École Nationale de l’Administration (ENA).
This reform extends well beyond the adoption of a new name. It marks the beginning of a new phase that further strengthens ENA’s position as a leading institution for the training of senior public officials, the transformation of public administration, and the development of its human capital, through a participatory approach based on continuous dialogue and coordination between the School and the various components of the national public administration.
In this context, the School’s missions have been strengthened in the areas of its full-time degree programme, continuing training and executive education, as well as research and expertise, alongside the consolidation of its openness, cooperation and outreach at both national and international levels. The law has also introduced significant incentive measures aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of ENA’s flagship full-time degree programme, thereby contributing to attracting highly qualified candidates, preparing them to serve the public administration, and supporting its transformation.
This new phase builds on the achievements and partnerships developed by the School. ENA will therefore continue to implement and further develop its existing commitments, projects and cooperation frameworks within the context of this ambitious institutional development.
On this occasion, I would like to express our deep appreciation for the quality of the relations between us, and to reaffirm our commitment to pursuing and deepening our cooperation while exploring new initiatives in service of our shared objectives.
