Warm greetings from the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia (PAARA).
At the request of the Chandler Institute of Governance (CIG) – an international non-profit based in Singapore that supports governments in strengthening public sector leadership and capabilities – we are pleased to share with you an important initiative and invite your participation.
CIG has launched the second edition of its Global Survey on Public Sector Training Institutions (PSTIs), a flagship study to better understand how PSTIs worldwide are adapting to emerging challenges and opportunities. This edition will have a special focus on:
- AI and technology integration in public sector learning
- Funding models for public sector training
- Real-world impact and outcomes of public sector training
To ensure a broad and diverse set of perspectives, CIG would be grateful if your institution could complete an online questionnaire (approx. 20 minutes) by 30 September 2025. Selected institutions may also be invited for a brief follow-up interview to showcase good practices.

The survey is fully confidential, and data will only be published in aggregate form, with a simple list of participating PSTIs included in alphabetical order.
